About me
Rachel Glazer (she/her) is the Assistant Director of Youth Education and Engagement at Temple Beth El in Charlotte, NC, supporting a Religious School of 345 students, 40 teachers, and 60 madrichim (teen helpers). Rachel has worked with all age groups to build curiosity, creativity, connection, and community within and beyond Jewish spaces. She recently earned her Masters in Education and Human Development in the field of Experiential Jewish Education from The George Washington University. In addition to her professional work, Rachel is an artist, Zumba instructor, North Georgia native, cat mom, and farmer's wife. As a former ISJL Fellow and staff person, she is excited to return to the Southern & Jewish Conference to reconnect with colleagues from around the South!
