About me
With two decades of nonprofit experience, Dr. Liora Norwich is the Director of the Hornstein Jewish Professional Leadership Program at Brandeis University. Previously she spent five years as the Executive Director of the Network for Social Justice, a nonprofit based in Winchester, Massachusetts. Liora has worked with–and consulted for–a diverse subset of mission-driven organizations in the areas of health equity, immigrant justice, and college access and readiness. Her diverse experience drives her passion for developing equitable, inclusive, intergenerational, and accessible community learning and engagement programming, alongside working to empower students at different stages of their academic and professional careers as leaders and changemakers. Liora holds a PhD in Political Science at the Hebrew University and an MBA in Nonprofit Management at the Heller School of Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University.
