About me
Tkiya creates participatory music experiences that meet people where they are—physically, psychologically, and Jewishly—to help them find their unique connection to Jewish culture and community. We offer programming for all ages and are best known for our award-winning methodology for young children and their families which inspires programs that flow with attention span, offer access points for different learning styles, and are adaptable across the spectrum of Jewishness. Tkiya serves as the music program for hundreds of synagogues, JCCs, and other institutions, alongside grassroots programming in secular spaces. With teaching teams in New York, Philadelphia, the Bay Area, and Atlanta, Tkiya also offers Tkiya Gedola, a certification program that trains outside educators to bring this methodology, content, and curriculum into their own communities.
