About me
The Mandel Teacher Educator Institute (MTEI) is a two-year professional development program in instructional leadership for Jewish educators across diverse settings. Participants share a common goal: to support teachers in growing as reflective, effective Jewish educators.
Through sustained study, practice, and collaboration, MTEI helps leaders deepen their ability to facilitate professional learning, and strengthen educational environments.
