About me
Ari Fernandez (they/them) is driven by the deeply held belief that Judaism should be accessible to all, regardless of background, identities, or socioeconomic status. Ari is an educator, ritual leader, and Disability inclusion specialist with over half a decade of experience in the Jewish non-profit sector. They are currently studying Talmud at SVARA, and have a special interest in layering Critical Disability Theory and Queer Theory with teachings from our rabbinic ancestors. In their free time, they enjoy perusing local farmers’ markets, sitting by any body of water, and trying new vegan dishes.
